TempoKick is a cardio kickboxing workout application for iOS, operated by Renew Regime LLC ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use TempoKick ("the app").

2. Information We Collect

• Workout data: Completed workouts, session duration, streak counts, and workout dates.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility.
• Subscription information: Subscription status and expiration date. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple — we never see your credit card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the app's core features (workout tracking, streaks, subscription access)
• To send push notifications if you opt in (workout reminders only)
• To improve the app based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your workout data, preferences, and streak information are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your personal workout data on external servers. Only subscription-related data is processed by RevenueCat and Apple for the purpose of managing your subscription status. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

TempoKick is for informational and fitness purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. This is especially important if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have a heart condition or cardiovascular disease
• Have a respiratory condition such as asthma
• Have musculoskeletal injuries or chronic joint problems
• Have any medical condition that may be affected by exercise
• Have been advised by a physician not to engage in physical activity

Stop exercising immediately if you experience any of the following:

• Pain or discomfort of any kind
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Nausea or vomiting
• Chest tightness or pressure
• Any other unusual or unexpected discomfort

By using the app, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk. TempoKick does not monitor your physical condition and is not capable of determining your level of exertion, physical fitness, or readiness for exercise. The app is not designed for use as a rehabilitation tool or as a substitute for physical therapy.

7. Assumption of Risk

Kickboxing and cardio exercise involve physical activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, ligament damage, bone fractures, cardiovascular events, and other physical injuries. These risks exist regardless of the care taken to avoid them.

By using TempoKick, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the workouts provided by the app. You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Renew Regime LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from your use of the app or participation in any workouts generated by the app.

8. Your Rights

• Access: You can request a copy of your data at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your data by deleting the app from your device, or by contacting us.
• Opt out: You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

TempoKick is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
